What an exciting opportunity! How incredible that pop superstar Lizzo, who is also a classically trained flautist, visited the Library of Congress (LC) and was able to play instruments from the world’s largest flute collection – including a crystal flute crafted for President James Madison. Kudos to librarian Carla Hayden for facilitating this engagement. “History is freaking cool…” Indeed!
